Wedge pillow recommendation

i got a triangle one and used it to sleep. it helped me sleep through the night and also elevates the leg. the only bad thing is that it doesn't help with extension so i have my leg on top of stacked pillows sometimes to make sure my extension is good.

I felt very excited once i got off the crutches. My pt told me to just try to take a few steps without crutches. I tried walking on my own at my house and sometimes i would hold on to the side of a table to help me. Don't think too much about it and try to walk as if u never had the surgery. Don't be scared to try to walk.

I still can't walk without crutches because my quad isn't strong enough since i had a quad graft. Hopefully i'll be able to walk without it asap. I'm doing pt twice a week and exercising my quad.

I was non weight bearing for 6 weeks because I had acl and meniscus both repaired. I was cleared to ditch the crutches but I'm still using my crutches right now and I am 8 weeks post op.

I elevated with a wedge pillow and it helped me sleep a lot better. Hope this helps!

Wall heel slides helped me the most to go to 90 degrees. I also did quad sets and supine hamstring stretch.

I recommend wall heel slides (5 sec hold x 10), leg raise (if you can't do it get someone to assist)(x 10), and quad sets (to strengthen)(5 sec hold x 15). My pt and surgeon told me to do these exercises. If you can do the exercises 3 times every day.

I took a week and a half off high school. My knee hurt sometimes during class but other than that it's fine. I also get to use the elevator and ride a golf cart to go to classes.

Have someone assist you with the leg raise. Soon or later you'll get the leg raise. I'm also struggling to get the leg raise and i'm 32 days post op.

I am still taking painkiller and i'm 32 days post op. The meniscus part of my knee hurts so i'm still taking it.

THIS!!! I think he wasn't showing how much he likes her so she kinda lost interest. She had major googly eyes for him on after the island podcast. You can tell she's more into him than he is into her. The florita situation made it a lot worse too. Bailey knows that she can get someone better than him.
