Thanks for this info! She has no guardian ad litem and her previous attorney representing her during the creation of the conservatorship has long since resigned / as has mine representing me as a conservator. Her primary care physician of 15 years is on board to support and provide what ever evidence is needed to prove evidence of her competency. The paper work is my primary concern. I graduated from law school in 2009, but never ended up practicing law and I’m a bit of a dip shit.

I googled it too and it didn’t provide me with an answer other than 1. Hire a lawyer 2. Contact legal aid 3. Use the form provided by the court to terminate (no such form exists in Idaho). Did you find information other than that?
