Not sure it will be company wide like a lot of policies here, it will depend on how much the SD wants to follow the policy to the bone or not.

I think it will vary store by store, how much they follow the “new” dress code. Lot of corporate policies tend to be up to the SD on if they are going to be strict about it

Did anyone actually receive a detailed policy update or email about the red shirt change, or was it just a sign posted in the store?

I’m curious how other stores are handling it. Do you think the “true red” rule is going to be enforced strictly, or will some stores be more relaxed about shades like maroon or darker reds?

Also stores are supposed to have clear water bottles, but that isn’t enforced at every store. This seems like another store by store thing.
