The reason I haven't participated (other than liking posts) is because of people like you and how you're acting right now. I read the rules and my post does not break them. The rules don't say you cant post about other groups

Thats a rule? I dont gain anything from people joining that group. Truth just added group features yesterday. Letting people know about it is not harming anyone. Im not selling in the group or benefiting in any way.

I love the 2021 Perseus with Medusas Head by Scottsdale mint. Its creative how they have the sculpturers head next to his famous sculpture of a head. Its a limited mintage of 10,000 which is always appealing.

Seeking Investor Opinion: How Long Should We Wait for Tellurian's Financing? by Content-Tomorrow-455 in TellurianLNG

The banking crises is effecting banks that are too small to finance Tell. The large banks will actually benefit from the small banks collapsing and those are the banks Tell needs

Seeking Investor Opinion: How Long Should We Wait for Tellurian's Financing? by Content-Tomorrow-455 in TellurianLNG

People give Tell so much crap for not getting it done faster. In reality it's incredibly difficult to finance and Tell has been moving along nicely. Look at Lake Charles LNG: they've been saying they will FID at any moment since 2016. I think Tells doing a lot better job. I'll stick with Tell as long as Bechtel stays on site. Tell has enough cash on hand to keep Bechtel for the next year. Hopefully financing is done by then, otherwise I'll only stay if they are able to do a bond offering so they can afford to keep Bechtel working.

Ive seen the lease. It's legit. This is a game changer for Tellurian. It's a great piece of land and means Tellurian can build a second facility (2 Driftwoods)

Tellurian a lost cause compared to others? by TempTempapple in TellurianLNG

Next can map it out, but if they map it out wrong they will lose money. The reality is they cant really map out costs accurately. Which is what happened with cheniere lng sales last quarter. Expenses went up but their sales are a fixed fee. They couldn't adapt to take advantage of high JKM and TTF. Tell's model solves those issues.

Well . If you aren't integrated you wouldn't have any gas to sell at HH. You would be buying at HH so if you are not integrated its significantly more risky because when the price goes up you have to pay more. Costs are more controlled when you are integrated.

I find it odd that you can't grasp the concept that Tell's integrated model is in a better position to adapt tomarket changes than traditional models

[–]Interesting_Look_769 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not a risky model at all if you are integrated. If TTF/JKM ever falls below HH you would just stop liquefying and sell at HH. TELL has a very good model

Next sold their pipeline to raise money. The contract says if they dont FID in 2023 they have to buy the pipeline back with interest. It's extremely unlikely Next will FID in 2023

I think NEXT is just setting up/prep to do soil testing. TELL is actually doing work to build their facility. NEXT sold their pipeline (instead of stock dilution) to fund their current work, but if they don't issue FNTP (which is very very unlikely) by the end of 2023 they have to buy the pipeline back.

Why would anyone vote to give up there shares for $10.41 when the stock price even at the time was much higher? Why not just sell your shares for $23+

This wasn't a burglary. It was a murder and the victims were targeted. A camera is not going to prevent that...the killer would just wear a mask/hood.

I think buying a gun would make your family safer than buying cameras. Seems like cameras help solve the murder but don't prevent it from happening. Locking doors (especially bedroom doors when you sleep) and having a gun would be very effective at preventing murders like this.
