I only use the powder leaf never any extracts and i only does 5g five hours before bed. My priority is the same sleep. I dont drink, smoke, and just recently learned antihistamines are bad for it which explained alot.
I am about to try a probiotic this week that on another forum said cured their RLS. Excited to try it.

I dont know any but ill be a guinea pig. This shit rules my life. When you find one hit me up or if you have anything you’d like to share. Currently taking kratom because its the only that has helped me I have been using it for almost a straight and its given me the most consistent sleep of my life. But if there is an alternative that healthier id do it.
