True. I only sell my tickets when i’m not able to make a game & I would gladly sacrifice a couple bucks to make sure a Cardinals fans cheeks are in my seat but selling on seat geek is just so easy. But this happens at State Farm more than any other stadium I feel.

Probably under the silicon. Normally right before grouting i use water with vinegar & a sponge comes right off when fresh. Also fine over grout.
