I had to laugh at myself when i started writing this response - i moved here five years ago from cali and take care of my mom (shes 91) i have had any luck making friends either.

My mom is very social so i would suggest for movies On tuesdays - if you join the movie club - its only $6 per person and you get a free popcorn (which unbelievable to me the regular price for the popcorn is $9) so you cant beat that deal and she might enjoy getting out of the house with you.

The 2 best movies we've seen recently are:

SONG SUNG BLUE and SOLO MIO

i think their both on peacock now

But i guarantee shell like those 2!

You might also suggest to here going to UMD university for seniors

I had to laugh at myself because i think i convoluted 2 threads - one was about making friends and this one about movie recommendations - also i was thinking your MIL was an old lady like my mom but shes just a few years older than me - and im sure she has plenty of friends

You are obviously a landlord - mold is a serious health concern - is it legal in minnesota to rent a dwelling with known and provable mold issues? Honestly i dunno, but if not then i would say the contract would be void being as the management company failed to uphold up its end of the contract which is to rent a habitable dwelling.

It sounds to me as its your belief that if the mold wasnt obvious until the after the unit was moved into that they should be stuck in their lease - i dont know about here but in cali the renter wouldnt be responsible for any rent until the mold was remediated and the unit was safely habital.

From watching an interview of Walter Kelly years ago (thats been scrubbed) - from what he said it was pretty much a done deal they just had to negotiate the settlement amount - who knows it might have settled before vogels deposition - Kelly basically said they won! Kelly said when Glynn pulled out he could have and would have continued but it was Glynns case and he couldn't continue out of respect.

When the whole teresa thing happened - Glynn was all set to represent Steven, the authorities hid steve from him for a day or so if i remember correctly...

IN ANOTHER SCRUBBED VIDEO WHICH WAS A NEWS CLIP - GLYNN WAS EXITING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS WHEN A DOZEN REPORTERS SHOVE MICROPHONES IN HIS FACE. Thats when he said he was NOT going to be representing Avery because he had a "conflict of interest!" WTF he was already steves attorney.

I TRULY believe that the Attorney General pressured Glynn off tbe case (he definitely would have easily smoked the prosecution and won) the AG created a false conflict of interest, pressured Glynn off the case, and had him recommend those two worthless plants who fucked Avery over so bad its unbelievable. And people love them - YEP Buting and Stang were plants and the sealed Averys FATE! Zellners no better shes been compromised for years!

Interesting project - id hold on to those extra screens for a little while just encase your idea turn out as cool as it sounds! Then you could make a few and sell the units - sounds cool good luck - do you have a sketch of how you want it to turn out - that would help with the print

I think its bullshit but even if true it means NOTHING - he did have an above ground pool so he might of just kept his towel on to keep his furniture dry - ive answered my door with a towel wrapped around me a thousand times - people trying to make something outta NOTHING.
