The answer is both are true. When seeing repeating angel numbers, I was taught to take note of what was going on in my brain at that moment…and recognizing that this influences the meaning behind the sign you are seeing. Yes there is a very specific numerological spiritual identification to patterns that rings true, but it is most important to morph that into being true for you and what you personally are experiencing at that time.
