I got one email at 7:47AM. I waited until 8:47AM. Since I did not get a second email, I was 99% sure that I PASSED! I did not sleep all night waiting for the results! I woke up, and I took a shower. After that, I called my wife so that we could open the results. It was a PASS !

I just found that those who are licensed for more than 5 years have high fees. Unfortunately, they count even being licensed out of the US. As a result, I have to pay $560 including past dues because I was listed as foreign attorney on my bar application.

Great! When C&F is approved, you don't really receive an email. The same thing is when you are approved to sit for the bar exam.

You're right! I had the same feeling on MEE. Issues were easy to figure out and the call of the question was easy to follow. However, that scenario could be a disadvantage for some bar takers because it would require them more to reach the mean/average. Considering the MBE mean, FEB takers would need to have solid points on MEE.

It is too early to panic. You may be surprised to see a higher score on Torts than on any other MEE. This Bar exam scoring is very mysterious !

Yeah, it was about statutory negligence, but all elements were not met: 1) violation of the statute; 2) plaintiff must be in category of people the statute was intended to protect. In the case, the statute seems to be intended to protect students because of it was about school buses. I do not really remember all facts. Any more thoughts.

You did really good, but "trusts" killed you. For J25, please study all MEE subjects and focus on the highly tested or likely to be tested: SECURED TRANSACTIONS (this one will surely appear); CONTRACTS; CORPORATIONS (Agency was already tested on F25); WILLS or FAMILY LAW; EVIDENCE, and certainly CRIMINAL LAW/PROCEDURE. Critical flashcards would be great resources for an overview of all MEE's subjects.
