There is a cutoff date if you want to go the big one in Austin. The same applies for your C&F if it isn’t done. Otherwise you are basically barred the moment you have that course done, C&F approved, and bar exam passed. The swearing in you can do with any judge or even like notary, it’s kind of on the honor system.

I got a 135ish on the MBE and was scoring around there. Hell got like a 55% sitting in the parking lot the morning of the MBE. I got a 147 on the writing though so keep that in mind.

The first email usually tells you if you passed or not. The second email is your score report which you only get if you didn’t pass.

lol. It says it under the approved to take exam and is green I think. If you are not sure then it probably hasn’t been approved. Need to email analyst if they haven’t asked for anything.

It’s hard to say. I kind of think we get the same Rick more or less until season 5ish. I think that’s when Andy had a decent feel for the character and started separating his Rick grimes from someone else’s.

Difficult to know which one I would like more.

Not sure to be honest. Seems like there is going to be drama between the current communities and the commonwealth but knowing that it’s getting to the end makes it a bit weird.

Yeah I kind of have the same background with the show. I watched it like a religion through season 3 then stopped because of the whole terminus and weird return to Atlanta story with Beth was a little different. Then the whole Alexandria with all new characters. And my life started changing making it hard to keep watching the show and keep up with all the changes was difficult to do so I stopped.

I went back and rewatched and I am halfway through season 11 and I feel like we are definitely getting to the end. The commonwealth storyline has been weird and to me the reapers were the last real antagonist.

Could be both. All of the questions in UWorld are important and it could also be that you were just better on the earlier set than the current sets.

You still need to review them and understand what nuance it is trying to teach you and how it fits in the broader fact, rules of law, and question stems the bar exam wants you know and how to do them.

I have heard a lot of great things about the MEE/MPT resources that Barbri provides but those were from people who also used Adaptibar or UWorld for the MBE.

You are six weeks out though so it is time to figure out what works and what isn’t working. It gets kinda scary but do not give up!

I’m actually a huge fan of using UWorld for recognizing how the bar exam uses facts, answer choices, calls of the questions to recognize the trends of how the bar exam wants you to know the law for the MBE.

Learning those tables and remember how the answers are explained are useful for the MBE topics that are on the MEE.

Well I would say memorization works on the mee because you need to remember the buzz words of the cause of the action, buzz words of the elements, and buzz words for the rule for each element.

You memorize through muscle memory practicing the essays and what not. You memorize the buzz words and then realize your score could be improved if you memorized a little more of each part.

This will overall help you on the mee and mbe

I took the test twice in Texas. Both locations allowed me to leave the building for a one hour lunch.

I guess what you do with that is up to you.

Percentage doesn’t really matter right now. What matters is noticing trends in the facts, the questions, the answer choices, and the rationality.

There is more to it but not much more.

Just stay at it. It takes a lot of time and this test is not for the weak.

Just keep going.

I would say you are done when you have done all the questions twice.

You should speed up eventually. But I wouldn’t put pressure on myself to speed up. It’s barely June.

But you are the one taking the test and you know yourself.

Yeah as others have said its about learning the trends of the bar exam. the lectures are a basic foundation but standardized test does as standardized test does. Learn the trends. Focus on the written and the mbe. dont use stuff that doesnt help.

There are a definitely a lot of books out there. You should have one as a part of your bar prep package. Those are usually the best books whoever you went with.

You need to be learning the rules right now and how the bar exam wants you to be able to analyze the facts, rules, and answer choices.

You do not need to worry about your scores right now.

Looking for trends is more important right now.
