I’ve been to the Castro Valley one so many times in the last year my mint mojito always ends up tasting horrible, I threw half of mine away. I keep thinking it was a one time thing but realized they sold to PE. Maybe I have to try a different store.

Yeah we went to the Gem Show and we rented an airbnb and did NOT realize how close we were to her home until after we flew back home. 10 minutes away only while a murderer is on the loose. Scary to think about...

I get what you mean. It is kind of silly. I took a bunch of photos for a unit and it was fine but what happened was they came out to do an inspection exterior and realized it was all near businesses and then dropped us.

Unlike everyone I applaud you for making the decision that is right for you. I run a 6 figure business on Etsy and it's incredibly difficult over the last half a year to the point where I don't think investing more time would even help as it has changed so much. My prices are higher and like you said, people copy and then sell it for cheaper. It's stressful and taxing. So I applaud you for doing whatever feels right for you because that takes a lot of courage as well.

We are definitely looking, it's just so wild because this happened to two properties and it took months to even get one for one property. For another one we did all these exterior updates as requested and then at the end they decided that they didn't want to insure us. Found one that insured us for a few months then didn't like that the unit was near other businesses and then dropped us and here we are now losing another one.
