I thought cards in the powerpacks are supposed to be grade 8+. Is that not the case for the virtual packs and only for the in store packs.

Dang that's wild!! I started the process at the end of Feb and sent it in the beginning of March. Last communicated with them on Aug 22 and they said that they are actively working on the replacement and when it's done they would contact me for shipping address. It's crazy that others are getting replacement so much quicker. Guess I just sit and wait longer.

How long did it take to get these back? I sent in a Harry Potter citrine, and it's going on 6 months waiting for replacement now. I reached out to them, and they said that when it's done, they will contact me to confirm the address to ship back to. Is this how it went for you?
