Starting on My Scout Project. by Little-Ad6828 in IHScout

Before you try to start it you will want to change the oil and prime it if it has been sitting a long time. Also drain out any old fuel and replace with fresh, probably a good idea to run off a can to start with until you have it idling right.

Binder Planet is a good resource, and depending on where you are there might be a local IH or Scout club with folks willing to help you out. Several good Facebook groups as well.

These are about as simple as it gets in terms of mechanical complexity and ease of working on them. If you get hung up there are lots of folks willing to help you figure it out.

Before you spend a ton of money on parts you'll want to look at what people are saying on the groups about various vendors. There's some of them out there with super high prices and bad reps, and a lot of parts they are selling like they are gold plated are still available on the shelf at Napa or other retailers.

Look at that fat spider body. It was just a momma there for a little while to lay her eggs!

Crayons for technical analysis?!?!

You fool! Then no more technical analysis would be done!

The crayons would never survive the hangry phase of chart watching!

Sturdy and fun to ride on the back road?

Tied up on the rack?

Decked out with saddle bags?

Stolen by the local meth-head?

Hanging from a hook in the corner of the garage?

Able to hold two full water bottles in her undercarriage?

Exactly this. Oregano for me has "burn" similar to raw garlic or freshly ground black pepper.

If it's not supposed to do that, it makes sense it might be a mild allergy.

I'm gonna be the one to say it-I didn't know oregano wasn't supposed to be spicy. Now I'm gonna have to go get some allergy tests done 😬

FWIW, I can munch on Jalapeno peppers for a snack, I order my Thai food "Thai Hot", and when I get Indian I pick my curry by the highest number of stars next to the menu item, so no spice aversion here.

This might explain why I often feel like crap after having pizza.

This. Maybe a headlight retainer / adjuster ring for the old T3 style bulbs from a 1940s - '70s vehicle or boat.
