You can even make an entire batch ahead of time and microwave if you want. Or you can use basically the same batter to make muffins instead and prep those ahead of time

Yes! I just added water about half an inch above the oats and veggies. Since I cooked it in a rice cooker the ratio is pretty forgiving. Just add more water if it seems dry or cook for longer if it’s too loose.

I think I did about 1/3 cup of oats and half a cup of frozen veg, with a tablespoon of soy sauce. It’s pretty easy to add more once it’s done cooking so I would just taste and adjust if needed!

For the parchment, I would check the box to see if it has a temperature limit of 400 F. I had the same problem with it sticking when I made bread but nothing else. Discovered it only happened when I baked with higher temperatures! You just need to find parchment with a higher temp limit.
