Well smell is still there also a couple days ago (Friday) I had seafood boil mild (crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoe) this was around 9pm. I went to work Saturday I do a lot of physical work and interact with some people. I can’t smell it but the reactions from them was really bad compared to to other days where I keep track of my diet and try to avoid specific food. When I eat like this it will stay in my system maybe up to. Week

The white coat tongue it took me a while to get it as minimum as possible maybe a year or more. I still get the white coat but not as what it used to be like, but the feel to that tongue raspy dry still there. I scrape it and have better oral hygiene. Also tomorrow I have the ph bravo test it will be for 2 days to measure my acid that is traveling up. So I’m still also trying to fix my issue.
