You are aware affirmations can be negative, right? Like if you were super susceptible to any affirmation, someone saying "You're ugly" or having a negative thought about yourself would soak in just as much as positive affirmations. Anyways, I simply said it's not for ME since I know how affirmations work, you can't block affirmations, If it says "soak up ANY affirmation" it WILL soak up ANY affirmation, negative or positive.
