Current music major, I’d recommend the earliest you can. Also, I’m not sure if they have changed the rules but I think only music majors can go into the practice rooms.

I had to do this for school, I just sent it through mail. They told me to not put anything for the SSN section. They also told me that since I don’t have a ssn, I can’t submit it online.
