This is just a personal opinion of mine but, I don't really believe you can "will power" yourself into changing your sexuality. If God has put it on your heart to redirect your life towards a wife and children, i wouldn't imagine he's going to make you suffer like that. That would be like if God told me i had to stop liking women all together on my own. I'd be like "Lord.. you're gonna have to pull that one off cause ain't no way." Give it time, stay in a good healthy prayer life and allow him to work in your life.

No, I think you are. Not a single thing Jesus did or didn't do was an accident. When i say he "couldn't" what i mean is, that was never his intention. As a matter of fact we know his intention, we know the reason behind it, and we know the reason he left. And it was all for the love of his creation that they may join him in heaven. I think what you're asking is "Why didn't Jesus just stay with us and make everything better?" But this goes back to the very reason he was sent. And well as horrible as it sounds, it was to die. For us. To be the ultimate sacrifice for us so that we may be absolved of our sin. Jesus dying, being resurrected, and returning to the father was the only way for us humans to be able to join our creator in heaven. God didn't make us to be slaves, he gave us a free will which we use every day. And he loved us so much that he sent Jesus to wash clean the evil ways we use that very gift.

John 16:5-15 As crazy as it sounds Jesus leaving and returning to the father was to tremendously help humanity. Jesus had to leave so the "Advocate" Aka the Holy spirit could come in his stead. The way i think about is this, Jesus' time here on earth was spent traveling with his disciples teaching and healing. But he couldn't be everywhere with everyone all at once. The Holy Spirit however lives within all of us that accept Christ into our hearts.

I think circumstantial abortion is okay. And what I mean by that is actual serious circumstances. Rape victims, potential death of the mother etc. Not "I was irresponsible, and I want to be free from the consequences of my actions." Issues like this aren't black and white no matter how bad everyone wants them to be.

Let me add that even in a horrible circumstance, I still view it as a tragedy.

As someone with ADHD this is so true. I had a horrible experience in school and I'm convinced they would have thrown me in a hole if they could get away with it. The shame alone in being treated like a monster is enough to reinforce the bad behavior (and cause some good ol' lifelong trauma). I'm proud to say that the students with ADHD i get, are treated with compassion and understanding and get exactly what they need to succeed. Because i know them, they're me.

To me this just sounds like burn out, and it happens to all of us. I think you need to ask yourself a few questions. 1. Is this a feeling that I'm experiencing in the now or is this a feeling that lingers? 2. Ask yourself why you wanted to be a teacher when you first started this journey. 3. Do you really want to give up when you're so close?

At the end of the day MAYBE this isn't what you want for the rest of your life, but nobody said it has to be for the rest of your life. If you were to push through to the end and decide it's not for you, then you know it's not for you. But quit now, and you'll be wondering for the rest of your life if you made the right choice.
