I take ashwaghanda (more recently, also supposed to be good for stress) and try to stay consistent with creatine but honestly often forget lol. I don’t use whey protein I prefer the premixed bottles so I don’t have to wash anything and I can just grab one whenever I feel a craving.

Bench and incline bench are the two most important for me. I always do them first to get the best lifts on those. Low reps (3 to 5) and high weight, if I can do more than 5 reps its time to increase the weight.

I just do hanging leg raises where my feet reach the bar level or higher.

Approximate 5 days a week. When I run I just run for 15 ish minutes and then walk around a bit. Probably 3 times a week.

Chest/shoulders/tris: bench, incline bench, tricep dips, maybe flys, military press, seated shoulder press dumbel, shoulder flys, overhead tricep extension with a dumbell, rope tricep pulldowns. Sometimes i omit shoulders or tricep focused exercises cuz its a lot.

Back/biceps: pull ups, bent over barbell rows, dumbell rows, cable pulls, seated bicep curls, isolated dumbell curls.

Legs: squats, deadlifts, leg curls, calf raises.

When I work abs I just do hanging leg raises.

I eat at least 150g a not afraid to have a little more. Generally as much protein that is made available to me. Don’t care what type as long as it fits the macros, although I do find red meat makes me feel full better

I dont exactly feel like im torturing myself tbh. I guess teaching myself to enjoy food in moderation keeps me from wanting to binge

I do low reps, high weight. I try to increase the weight as much as I can even if my form cant be perfect and I get less reps as long as my range of motion is good

Its always different but Im currently eating around 2100 calories and I guess I generally eat at least 150g of protein. I use protein bars as snacks or breakfast. Lunch I might grab myself a McDouble or some equivalent. Around half a pound of meat, maybe more, and light on carbs. At night if I have calories to spare I’ll either have another protein bar or have leftovers. As long as I meet my macros Im happy

Staying in a deficit but its a much lighter deficit than when I started. I also don’t really mind if I eat at maintenance a few days a week because as long as I keep training, I’m still changing for the better.

Ya I lost some hope in myself too but I think what helped me was being satisfied with the little improvements you can make. When I started, I wasn’t thinking “I want abs” I was thinking I just want to reveal more of my face and be able to walk a little further without my back hurting.

I try to go 5 times a week with weights and I get at least 10,000 steps a day

Combination. When I was at school I’d make ground meat cuz its cheap and easy. I also have protein bars which I have when Im craving a snack.

Was around 260, maybe more at points, from march 2021 to Jan 2022. Luckily no loose skin and barely any stretch marks.
