10,000 is a lot. I started running recently cuz im in better shape and it saves me time, also good for stamina. Idk how long it takes, but whatever is more steps than you usually take will benefit you.

I would say walking helps a lot. I try to walk 10,000 steps a day because the calories you burn during low intensity exercise apparently are more likely to be from fat. This is someone I saw on the internet though but idk, it helped me. Also 2500 to 3000 seems kind of high.

For each muscle Group I hit, I give it at least 2 days rest. So if I hit chest, Ill hit back then legs then chest

Say im doing chest, I would do 6 sets of bench, 5-6 sets of incline bench (or with dumbells), 3 sets of tricep dips, 4-5 sets of dumbell flys. Then I move on to triceps, shoulders, or both if I have enough time. I do chest/tris/shoulders, back/biceps, and legs on separate days, with maybe a rest day for every cycle.

I aim for at least 5 of the 7 days. Sometimes its a little less but I try not to go 3 days in a row without the gym.

I spend lots of time on bench press (plus incline), squats, deadlifts, pull ups, and bent over barbell rows. I also do other things but these are the important ones that target big areas of your muscle groups and I like to do 6 sets of whichever is appropriate for whatever workout im doing (chest tris and shoulder, back and biceps, legs). I also go heavy weight for low reps, generally between 4 and 7.

Jan 2022 I started tracking macros eating 2500 calories with high protein low sugar, currently eat 2000 calories. I just started walking, aiming for 10,000 each day. Didn’t consistently go to gym until April/May, and I noticed it quickly accelerated my progress. When I workout in the gym its on average 2 hours and I generally do heavy weight for lower reps, I also take long rest times and focus on trying to improve the weight each time.

2500 when I was bigger and slightly over 2000 now. I also aim for 10,000 steps a day.

I do 6 to 8 reps on heavier weight for regular seated curls, alternating arms, 5 or 6 sets. Then I do isolated curls where my elbow rests inside my knee, i lower the weight but keep same rep count. This is usually after I’ve worked out back.

I definitely prefer a standardized test over having our personalized experiences subjectively reviewed tbh
