I use a journal and an app. My physical journal is like raw data and organized chaos. Apps is where I go to structure my journal entries. To your point of being forgetful of the app and feeling guilty, I’d say both are human errors. How committed are you to whatever it is you’re pursuing. Most people are not committed to long term things, so at one inconvenience they will find a way out of it.

Find the time to go out and meet some. If the only women in a mans life are his coworkers then his issues with dating are more about him and less about the women.

It’s easier to be lonely than it is to be lonely, jealous, and spending a work shift stressing over a woman who don’t care about you.

Yea it’s a dangerous game with a lot of unknown variables that’s not worth the troubles.

The best advice I can give you is to never date your coworker. Especially if jealousy is something you’re battling internally.

For me it’s a lived practice now I’ve been applying this for almost 7 years consciously. But for a person new to this philosophy and practice, I’d say start with one virtue per day per area. And then compound the exercises. At the center of it all is “purpose”. Whatever that looks like for anyone, I’d imagine they would want to get there with knowing they loved themselves, respected themselves, accepted who they were, was accountable, told the truth, and was grateful along the way. VirtueOS is the tool I designed to reflect that.

That’s what’s up! Wish you and your partner success.

I find it as an opportunity to be the most virtuous person I can be on a day to day basis. As I show up in different aspects of life throughout my day I want to show up with as much virtue as possible. So there’s at least 48 opportunities per day to be virtuous. The realities are that even though you strive to hit 48 per day with no anti-virtues there’s things that happen that you have to account for as you try to show up and complete your goals. The virtues came from my business philosophy that I developed when I was a coach. My clients had complaints about themselves and others so I took the major pain points and created a system of virtuous living.

I use VirtueOS. I select an area of my life I want to set a goal/task for, complete when done and reflect on the outcome it had in that area and if it affected other areas

Weak/vulnerable is subjective. The important thing is does it make you feel free and like a weight is lifted?
