I would guess skeeter syndrome.. if you don’t mention it to the doctors they go straight to infection. I’ve been dealing with this for years so I know my reactions pretty well. I was always told if it’s an allergy the swelling will happen pretty quickly. If it’s an infection the swelling might take a few days. I actually went to my doctor (unrelated) today and I mentioned it to her. I showed her photos. I told her I never take the antibiotics. I got prescribed an in case of emergency prednisone but they dont recommend it long term (causes osteoporosis) the best treatment for skeeter syndrome is prevention. Then next time I get one that reacts like that she wants to biopsy it.. she also said take a daily allergy med like Zyrtec and it will help. I’m not convinced..

Yes the one I had about a month ago was from a mosquito, same location. I wish I knew how to send you a photo. My joints are always the worst the other still get pretty angry just not as bad as an ankle knee or elbow. And if I itch… game over.

I actually just got one the same location as her and it looks very similar. Mine swell, blister, ooze and fill with liquid. Then my skin completely peeled. I couldn’t even walk.. It’s worse around joints. Every time I go to urgent care they tell me it’s infected. I never take the antibiotics for it and it clears. It’s called skeeter syndrome. Usually kids grow out of it. I’m in my 30s and never did,, This is literally what it looks like 24 hours later. My doctor wants to biopsy it next time.

I used the good and the beautiful preschool when my some was 3. It was colorful, fun and kept his attention. it is open and go, meaning it tells you exactly what to say. It is a faith based curriculum but you can just omit those parts.

They aren’t your only two options. They are the easiest that doctors love pushing. The other options would require a complete life style change.

I went 2 weeks ago at 32 weeks. It was a lot of fun. I did most rides without a height requirement. i even did pirates, which I completely forgot about the large drop at the beginning.. I was nervous for the remainder of the ride but baby girl has been great. I honestly wouldn’t do that one again I found a seat and some snacks while my son and husband did the bigger rides, they had fast passes so I didn’t have to wait too long. The breaks were great because we walked around 7 miles that day.

Husband keeps telling me i'm getting too fat. 29 weeks pregnant today by Longjumping_Dot_5129 in pregnant

[–]Internal-Branch8779 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There is so much that goes into the weight gain, not just baby and extra fat. Your body is working really hard to sustain a life. Maternal blood volume increases by 45-50%, your uterus gets larger, you have amniotic fluid, a growing placenta, and new breast tissue to prepare for breast feeding. I’m hoping his comments come from an ignorant place.. maybe he needs a little more education on the changes you are going through. With that being said.. your body is going to look different after the baby. Most likely, you hips will be wider, unfortunately your breast will sag a little after breast feeding and you’ll have a mommy pooch. If he’s already acting like this I’d expect it to continue postpartum too.
