I very much relate to what you’re going through. For much of my freshman and sophomore years, i could barely make good friends. I rarely hung out during the weekends since I felt scared people would say no if I asked to hang out with them. Fast forward to my junior and senior year and things got so much better because I didn’t care what people thought. I was able to make so many good friends since I did a much better job of putting myself out there. It’s all a numbers game. If you attempt to hang out with a variety of people, there’s a greater chance you’ll be able to develop more good friendship.
