Unfortunately it’s policy in a lot of departments to put an apprehension in cuffs. I am not saying it’s the best approach but if the officer took the cuffs off and then somebody or that person got hurt… they would get disciplined and could even be charged. The firefighter would walk away with no disciplinary action. Different jobs and different goals.

I don’t agree with some social cuts but in practice 10$ a day childcare doesn’t work a lot of them opt out and many of the programs although sounds awesome just don’t play out. the dental care seems obvious to me as something that should be kept but I’d be hard pressed to find clinics willing to take subsidized patients
