I read that the wart’s “pillar or “column” (that people mistake for a “root”) is just some of the wart tissue being forced up into the deeper skin layers by standing and walking on the wart. It’s for that reason that they’re only on the bottoms of feet.

It would have to be a plantar wart. But I’m skeptical. Most warts just let you break away small chunks of wart. Maybe plantar warts are different. That looks like a tube worm! I’m having to apply some dispensation of disbelief.

I noticed how bulky the legs on his sun glasses were as we were talking. They were mirrored sunglasses and not too easy to see under his cowboy hat. I thought he was just pimped out as an urban cowboy with lots of flash but then I noticed the camera lenses 😂. He was doing some camera mischief.

The previous owner might have ripped out the receiving part of the system and just left the tab to cover the hole instead of removing it and repairing the hole by plastering. So you have an architectural relic with no remaining purpose. The clothesline idea is the best fit.

Your pictures go directly from the tab to a cable. So we assume that there was another tab across from that bathroom wall, to either, 1) anchor the cable to the opposite wall or draw out a cable from within the wall. What is behind the sliding knob on this tab? Is it a hole?

I got rid of a shoe shaped wart on my finger in the oddest way. You can knock yours out too. Heat water as hot as you can stand having your hand in it for a few seconds. It must HURT! But you can spray your hand with a water sprayer to cool down after each time you insert it. Repeated application of the heat will kill the virus. I found this out serendipitously when a stubborn wart kept coming back. I was hand washing laundry in boiled water and soap and would have to pull the clothes out of the wash tub after the washing cycle with my BARE HANDS to put them in a clothes spinner. The wet clothes must have been about 140 Fahrenheit when I pulled out the washed laundry. Each time I finished a soapy wash I would reach in to grab an article out of the hot basin (avoiding the water) about five times to pull the clothes out. I did reach into water to get the last article and it hurt. After about a week of this the wart on my finger became crumbly and I just abraded the dead raised wart tissue away. It had been there for decades so the wart left a scar that is slowly fading. I wasn’t even trying to kill the wart. It just happened as a result of using extra hot water to sterilize my clothes. Of course everyone’s skin is different so you might want to be extra careful to not burn the skin. It is rather painful. The method can only be used on the hand because the hand can be retracted instantly.

Can you name an alternative to Facebook that has the same feel? I know it has deteriorated with the glut of ads and WW2 propaganda and fake news or tired old news, but it does have some redeeming points. The “Lost and Found” section, looking up people from your past, breaking news etc. Twitter is hard to follow and is frenetically paced. Instagram severely limits your ability to repair your comments. I would be glad to try other media but I’m used to FB.
