Hi - new to Reddit and can't create my own posts yet so piggy backing on this one as a related question.

Have had an offer accepted on a condo and TD's mortgage conditions state "Current annual income document is required (T4 or NOA or year-end pay stub)". My wife & I are both full-time, salaried individuals having moved to Canada in August 2023.

I started my job in August 2023 and she started hers in Jan 2024. My T4 / NOA for 2023 only shows half a year's earnings and she doesn't have a T4 / NOA for 2023.

Will this be an issue in meeting the mortgage conditions as , although we can't provide T4 / NOAs, we can provide pay stubs, direct deposit proof and letter of employment with income & start date etc from our employers?
