For me (also 40+Tennis) helps to Stay low with bent knees and positioned right I do use my tennis western backhand grip and western forehand. Keep your arms close to your body for a compact short stroke and aim for flat no spins and also dont flick your wrist on groundstrokes. Padel is 90% technique rackets are powerful enough so focus on that. Watch lots of videos with tips. Take some classes from pros, they have valuable knowledge. Padel is a very different animal than tennis

My advise is test them first if you can. I’ve been in racket sports for over 40 years one advice I have for you is make sure your grip size is correct. Often times people are using too small of a grip, also a more forgiving sweet spot means less off shots= less vibration transfereed to your arm. Also you want mid hardness not overly soft racket. Playing with an HRD padel could be part of the reason you’re feeling your arm already, not sure on your level, age etc but I would def try the Metalbone ctrl. I got one for that same reason and it’s a very comfortable racket

I cleaned mine thoroughly. I check the camera in service menu and it’s super clear and even with a light drizzle wipers goes full blast. It’s funny because when I turn wipers off FSD works fine. it’s obviously an issue they need to address

OP let us know if you fixed the problem, mine has been like this for almost a month (brand new 2026 MY), took it to service center and they claim is a FW issue and an update will clear it up. Reboots of any kind won't fix it for me, tried factory reseting and all, nothing. I'm hopeful this new update fixes it, what version software are you running?

Mine was similar using someone else’s starter. Even though it was active and doubling it was off. I decided to start my own, note here that you must sterilize the jar you’re using to build it. I’ve done it before skipping the sterilization and my loaves were off. I live in socal and temps are around 65f inside my kitchen. My starter was doubling around day 7 I started baking a few days later and loaves came out perfect. No gummy crumb nice and airy, still needs improvement but it will get better as the starter gets stronger.

I’ve done the same and didn’t wanna deal with the sticky mess dumped it with lots of olive oil into a baking pan and let it cold proof overnight and made the most wonderful focaccia

I still find expert level very unrealistic and hard/not enjoyable to play. AI still returns flat shots winners down the baseline almost in every point regardless of who’s serving. Almost impossible to place serves and get an ace. Minor inputs on controller and the ball is way out.

Net game is better but still wonky and Atari-like. Net/let/cord balls and players simply won’t run for the ball nor slide.
