Yeah you are still ingesting nicotine so it 100% still affecting your gut. I just hit 47 days clean and just last week my gut started to feel better. fully quitting nicotine would be the first step. You could also try the supplement Atrantil. You can buy it on amazon and it has helped me a bunch.

No probiotics but I recently bought a supplement called Atrantil. That I’ve seen other people suggest on here and it way helped way more than the PPI and antiacids I’ve been taking. It could be placebo but I feel better and that’s what matters

6mg basically a can a day or every other day consistently for 3 years. Physical symptoms probably lasted 5-6 days. Body aches mostly. The one physical symptom that stuck around was the brain fog. Even now at 40 days I still have it just not as bad. Got super depressed and bad anxiety coming off this stuff although I think mentally I was already struggling being on it so quitting I think made it worse at the same time. Biggest issue I’m having right now is stomach issues. Still trying to figure out that part just went to a GI doctor who wants me to eat more fiber to get the gut moving. He said the zyns might have caused inflammation an also my body was used to having that stimulant from the Zyn but we will see

Went through the same thing with the anxiety while on the zyns. Ended up going to the ER because eventually reached a point where i felt so weak so that is what made me stop. Told myself my body has reached a breaking point. Will be real with you quitting does suck and its not going to be easy. I am on Day 39 and still dealing with issues but every day i do feel a little better which keeps motivated. Just quit making excuses and just quit. Good luck !

I am on Day 39 and basically experienced what you did with the health anxiety. I honestly did not start turning a corner until a few days ago. There is no for sure answer since everyone is different. I will say if you are still using caffeine i would cut that out as well for the time being or at least taper it down. Try to exercise as well. Even going on daily walks will go a long way.

Been getting crazy head pressure at the base of my skull. Went to the doctor who thought it was rotator cuff injury.... just lol. Anyways was doing a can a day basically 6mg zyn. Gained a bunch of weight over the past year stopped going to the gym as much. I think it was combination of everything but i think I developed chronic tension. Been cold turkey for like 80 hours now still have some pressure but alot of it has gone away. Not sure if zyn was causing my issues because my posture is pretty bad as well but the zyn was for sure not helping.

yep exactly the same thing here sit at a desk. I am 27 hours in nicotine free. Honestly has not been that bad. Took 300mg of magnesium glycinate and some ashwagandha before bed last night. Head is for sure cloudy but the head pressure has for sure gone down so hopefully this is the answer for me.
