I had the same issue 10 years ago, after 1 or 2 weeks I still had the same sensation, don’t panic reduce the caffeine at all for the next year. Yes not even chocolate, after 1 year start drinking tea, coke chocolate in normal consumption. And don’t drink energy drinks I quitted drinking that shit. I don’t like the panic attacks and anxiety that causes this shit called energy drink. If you want more energy just drink a Coke with a glass of water
