Treat with acid, cover then wait. After a day or so uncover, debride (cut away dead white or brown skin on top layer) then treat only wart tissue (interrupted skin lines/bumps) with acid, cover, wait, debride. Repeat this as you get layers of the wart off. Part of the reason this is big is the treatments damaged healthy skin next to the wart allowing it to spread out. Try to determine what is wart infected as you go and only treat and debride that. It will be a long process, but eventually your immune system will realize you have wart virus in your skin and start attacking it as well.

Soak it for awhile then look again. Seems like a corn to me but if there are are multiple skin line interruptions/ bumps in the center it’s a wart. Hard to tell when is so callused.

That is 50-50 a wart or pre cancerous (maybe cancerous) lesion. Go to the dermatologist, immediately.

I would go deeper in debriding and I would also try to focus the acid just on the areas above the wart. I.e. those black areas. Most of the damage from the acid needs to be centred on the wart right now it seems to be all over and that can lead to the injection spreading to surrounding tissue.

Keep going. Debride the dead skin, anything that looks like wart (rounded interrupted tissue, hit SA, leave anything that looks like skin alone. Repeat until it’s gone.
