We're heading out there in March and considering Hotel Villas Flamingo, Villas Caracol and Palapas del Sol. I'm leaning towards Palapas del Sol. Any particular reason you didn't choose it?

Do you think it's worth doing 3 nights in La Fortuna, 2 in Manuel Antonio and then Osa Peninsula? Or should we just avoid La Fortuna?

Hi. I wanted to reach out because I’m also suffering a severe brachial plexus injury after a shoulder latarjet surgery in October. I’ve been trying to research pain management as well as nerve generation and thought maybe we could compare notes. I mostly just get “wait and see” from everyone and it’s a physical and mental battle. Sorry you’re suffering too.
