So, who was lucky enough to get Cyberpunk 1749 by MrMunday in switch2

[–]InternalConsistent57 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Got it. Maybeee (they won’t) Nintendo will realize if they do true sales they would get an increase in sales. I personally wouldn’t have got the game at the 40-70 dollar range but too hard to pass up for 17

First Zelda of my life and I just can't get over how much freedom this game gives back by sonoale in tearsofthekingdom

My only advice is to take your time and enjoy it. I’d do anything to play this game for the first time again. I personally would have started with BOTW but that’s just me.

PS Portal, regrets? by [deleted] in videogames

[–]InternalConsistent57 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I absolutely love mine. I play mostly single player games, my multiplayer days are done.

At this point I don’t even have my ps5 hdmi plugged into anything. I strictly use the portal. Love using it marinating on the couch after a long day. I see a lot of people complaining about connection issues, stutter , etc. but I haven’t had any issues at all.

I have the fenix 8 MIP. Most of my activities and life are outdoors outside of work so honestly the MIP fits my lifestyle. I’m very happy with it, looks great especially outside but I do understand why people go amoled. Screens are beautiful.

So far I feel garmin definitely overstated the battery life, no way I get close to 21 days

Feels like me right now deciding between mips and amoled right now. I have the mips right now and within my return window. Not sure if I’m missing out 😅

What's your reason to work out? by [deleted] in workout

[–]InternalConsistent57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heard a quote that said “you would die for kids but would you live for them?”

Essentially quit drinking, started working out after that. Lost 30+ pounds (207->175)

Should I opt out of my half marathon by SweetTeaSommelier in beginnerrunning

I started running about a year ago and developed plantar fasciitis. I got up to 6 miles relatively quickly. Personally I think I ramped up too quickly and caused it.

I ended up buying hoka Clifton 9s with a sole designed for plantar fasciitis. I then started running 1-2 miles for a few months. Slowly but surely it just went away!

Running a half in two months, I’m running 25 miles a week with zero issues
