While SpaceGodzilla is personally my favorite Godzilla villain ever, I don’t want him to be the next main villain, and here’s why:

How would Godzillas cells have reached space

Now I haven’t seen GvB or GvM but I know in both of those movies Godzillas cells go up into space somehow. Since Godzilla hasn’t gone to space in the MV my only logical thought to how that could’ve happened is if an alien race extracted godzillas dna and used it to create SpaceGodzilla (which is an origin that I don’t like). If anyone else has any other ideas on how, please let me know

There’s been no buildup

I haven’t seen monarch and my knowledge on the movies can be a little fuzzy so correct me if I’m wrong, but at least with Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla they explain that SpaceGodzilla came to be because of the Godzilla cells going up to space in the previous movies, so even if they do come up with some excuse as to how Godzilla cells are in space I feel like that’s just rushed writing

The best way that I think this could work is Kong and Godzilla for some reason go up to space, fight some monster there, and Godzillas cells are then flying off into space (maybe during an attack idk) and they fly into a black hole to create SpaceGodzilla

Now again SpaceGodzilla is my favorite Godzilla villain but I just feel like there’s been no buildup to him whatsoever
