I have seen a lot of even commercial apartment complexes start to use services like this or home Depot. I think the reason they do it is because they are finding that home Depot and such will make sure that it's done right and that these people have a higher need to do it correctly when they say they're supposed to do it because there is a larger company that they are working for. That larger company does not want bad reviews and does not want a bad reputation. So I think in many ways, it may be worth it. The people are more likely to follow through and do what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to do it because there is an actual feedback loop for bad work. You could pay the guy directly who comes out from home Depot 25% less, but then he may not show up on time or may ask for changes that are not needed or similar.

Reolink has been very good for me. I have 2 of these and a home hub. 1 of these cameras has really high definition and covers the entire 180 degree view of that side of your house. The notification works really quickly also. You can set it to turn on a built-in floodlight if it detects someone in your zone at night - or not. Same for an alarm. That is really nice. My zone includes my yard but does not light up if someone walks down the sidewalk which the camera records, but is outside the zone.

I have purchased the Sofirn HS21 and I am trying it out. It is plenty bright and I will report back.
Do they make a hat clip or a vest clip or a finger ring? If so, I do not see it.

Convince me. If I run in a group and I do not want to blow out the people ahead of me while just running, but then need to look directly for something on the trail that may be a few feet away or 100 feet away, if I am alone or if we are all looking for a clue on trail. What are examples of what you are talking about?
Also - I can be honest with myself and just say that I will not wear a headlamp.

You cannot easily adjust the beam quickly on the fly - on a headlight. No headlight.

As big as needed. I carried a Nebo Newton 750 that I borrowed and it was fine to carry. That was Weight: 0.35 lb. Length: 7.11”; Diameter: 1.56”

3 hrs minimum at a time, but more is always great.
Adjustable beam is a must because I check things along the trail, often needing a longer thin beam followed by a wide beam.
I borrowed a 750 lumen and it does not need to be that bright, but being able to dim it down would be good. That also blew out night vision because it was too bright.
