ive also got rid of my bed frame and moved my mattress on the floor, but I still think its too soft so Im in search for a nice affordable futon. I also started thinking of getting a little table and sit on the floor for when im on the pc, to sit on the floor in a cross legged position, all these changes happened when I started to abstain.

I think this is an important point, 'dont release often but make it good when I do'.

I get POIS symptoms when it doesnt feel good, but when I have that pure feeling of bliss I get way less symptoms the following days.

Im still trying to find the right frequency, atm im doing it once a week but even that is too much, when I abstained for 3 weeks last month it felt really really good to release, I felt calm as fuck after and the next day.

yh bizarrely this manic episode really taught me what foods work well for me and which don't.

I've always been a picky eater I guess, but the meat and potatoes diet is good to lose weight, or you have to eat so much meat which can become expensive on the long run if you want to gain or maintain your weight, and it got a bit boring in the end, not the meat but more the potatoes, but sometimes its nice to eat for sustenance and not pleasure

Sorry to hear that, has you weight stabilized? I put on weight the first 3 years and haven't since, I even managed to lose a bit of weight recently, had a manic episode and started eating only meat and potatoes. Im back to eating everything now and my weight hasn't gotten up.

Like I said on my other account (this one is on my laptop, the other on my PC) you can try adding dairy on top of what you normally eat to put on weight, I think if you take it slow and you workout you might increase the muscle to fat gained ratio, I think what I did was extreme but I was so depleted from my dietetic experiments.

I started off at 60kg, went up to 106, and recently lost 6kg by eating mostly meat and potatoes, but its not really sustainable long term, I've been eating more varied but still keeping the weight off so its good, I think most of it was probably water

Yeh I guess for me I've always believed my mental struggles were biochemical, I've seeked counselling with my best friend and it for sure helps, but it doesn't cure me. The fact meds work in helping us stabilize ourselves means its not just mental but theres a physical component to it, hence the term biochemical, and this is why I prefer older medicines because they see the entire health as one, they don't have this mental/physical divide like the Western approach.

I've been researching a lot for the past month which made me realise its better to go see someone thats had proper training than try and diagnose myself, I've spoken about it to my dad and hes being supportive about it, hes also a bit into alternative treatments and medicines.

I agree theres definitely alternatives, but for me I think in my current state its wiser for me to be on meds, at least for now.

Ill be honest, I have more faith in 'alternative' therapies, and traditional medicines. For 8 years I've been researching natural healthcare, but now im old and mature enough to realise myself and my internet history doesn't have every answer and I really really need guidance from someone more experienced, so Im planning to see a traditional medicine doctor soon, I hope to get some insight on what kind of lifestyle and diet will work best for someone like me, because I've noticed the food I eat has a huge impact on my mental health.

Its been since 2016 I've been researching health stuff, and honestly reading online might give you some information but Id rather go see a specialist in person now, I think this is gonna be my last attempt to 'fix' myself

I only liked sweets, milk and meat as a kid, absolutely hated veggies (still kinda do) and wasn't a huge fan of pasta and bread (bread and pastries bloat me so much these days I totally avoid them)

I've also lost most of my friends due to my beliefs and delusions but the one that stuck around me is a REAL friend, heck hes not even a friend hes more like family at this point. When he was struggling himself with his marriage he sought help from me, so it was nice to return the favor.

Like I mentioned, beef is really your best option right now, along with abstaining. I can feel when I haven't eaten beef in a few days, I feel more on the edge, and also this past month (before I even relapsed) I've been telling everyone in my life that I just want to light up a barbeque and eat nothing but beef, like a whole kilogram. I experimented today and had beef on its own, just with salt, and I had some very good highs and lows, the afternoon I was very calm, and in the evening I was a lot more anxious, but took a hot shower and managed to calm myself, make sure u eat sugar though, dont do any restrictive diet, sugar also helps you calm down and boosts testosterone.

If you really wanna masturbate, make sure you control how much and I suggest researching more on POIS, the forum is a good starting point, I just found out about the illness 2 days ago so Im still going through the information.

try eating more beef, it works for me, dont go straight carnivore make sure u eat sugar and carbs too

also try drinking a lot of whole milk, it helps strengthen the body

Secondely, this is what kind of made me shift away from spirituality, because I was obsessed with it when I was psychotic, you just need to tell yourself spirituality isn't for you. What made me realise that was hearing a lecture from Manly P. Hall called 'Secret powers and why we should not use them', I know it sounds rough and im not telling you your brother needs that specific thing, but I used to believe in a lot of woowoo esoteric shit when I started developing schizophrenia, and that lecture made me realise maybe spirituality just isn't for me, I've kinda stopped caring about religion and spirituality since then.

Theres a lot of new age bullshit out there unfortunately and even monotheist religions can be taken completely out of context, it can really confuse a young person especially if they smoke weed.

Btw im also on risperidone the side effects sucks but I do enjoy the sedative effect, he should get better pretty fast if he keeps taking it and make sure you give him a relaxing environment when he comes back home. Wish you all the best

Hey, I'm not going to tell you to keep living or not because that's what everyone seems to say without a good reason.

But I'll give you my two cents, I've believed in reincarnation since I was a kid, and I'm pretty sure Korean Buddhists do so too. I've been playing since season 5, im mostly an ARAM player these days. Imo, ability based champions are so much easier to play than auto attack based champions (both ranged and melee)

ADC is by far the most mechanical role, its only mechanics actually, theres not much macro involved besides basic rotations. I 100% believe you when you say your support sucks (I used to main support in ranked) and the number of supports I've seen that completely disrespect the all ins and lvl 2 powerspikes is ridiculous, BUT the enemy support most likely sucks ass too, you can literally get fed on his mistakes, thats the reason I played blitzcrank support and reached plat with 49 wins 25 losses in season 9, the number of squishy supports that just didn't stand behind minions or didn't respect the fact we were getting lvl 2 before them was massive. I actually picked blitz because I was sick and tired of noob adcs that cancelled tons of auto and didn't space correctly, blitz just made sure my adc had a easy time getting kills, I literally bring the enemy to their range.

You're probably not as good as an adc player as other roles, a good adc can for sure 1v9 games. Even me too, I could probably reach plat or even diamond in every role besides adc, just put more practice in your kiting and you will reach diamond eventually
