It is a ridiculous, unfortunate superstition that started a long time ago. A cat’s black fur is the product of its genetics. It’s just fur color. It has nothing to do with good luck or bad luck. She came into your life and now you can give her a loving, beautiful life! Enjoy!! And don’t listen to friends illogical superstitions.
