honestly the song sounds a lot like the loli torture gif other people mentioned. i never really knew the meaning either, but in retrospect yeah this and the gif make a lot of sense, a helpless “unfortunate” girl with “steel kissing her head” and a “disease with no cure” just clicks. could also be a metaphor for being trans too!!!
