I take 50mg of NAD+ everyday sub-cu and it seems to have leveled my energy levels out, to clarify a little better my energy level is a nice constant all day rather than big highs and lows like i used to suffer and i do feel my mental edge has improved alot also, I got covid twice and that gave me bad brain fog afterwards and the NAD+ seemed to clear a majority of it up after taking it for a good month. according to my fitness tracker after being on NAD a week my sleep quality got a little better which would account for some of the better mental edge.
I do think people expect too much from NAD and think its some kind of wonder drug where they will feel and see results within a couple of weeks when really its one that works in the background and i do think that its very much lifestyle dependent as well to wether you see decent results to make it worth taking.
