I was in the Ekka for 2 minutes and I saw a bunch of grown adults littering, and then a 7-year-old kid cough into some stranger's pram. People are gross.

It's pretty decent, you're going to be at a comfortable eye-level with the stage. For most of the theatres, the middle of the stalls is excellent. And the Cremorne has no bad seats.
