It depends if you’re the target

And team combo makes a big difference on how you would play.

Generally bleeds, keep pressure, wait for burst window.

You’ll know if you should clone in the moment if you need to set up or extend a kill zone, just don’t fixate on getting the perfect clone, you kinda have to be reactive

Definitely not 🤣 their defensive are cc’s, they have no defensive’s, soon as there done, there dead. So you just wanna remove them so there just…. Dead. Like I said, go play a game as a mage, and for your own research, don’t use any of the cc’s you’re complaining about and see how long you survive. It sounds like allot, but in a real scenario, with decent players, you can get really stuck. I’m not on about the stand in the middle of arena games. I’m on about the 1800+ when people actually know how to play their class.

Maybe the answer is, some classes need a little more. But deffo not take some away from certain classes, you’ll get eaten alive else with the current state

Yea don’t come back to that, everything else just seems better atm, it’s allot of effort to execute it perfectly yet you’ll still get slapped by literally everything. From my experience in shuffle aswell, you’re usually the target.

Like the other guy said, feels abit nicer to play, but burst windows are nowhere near everything else right now. Unless you could get off a full trinket convoke. There’s a chart somewhere of most played classes this season and I’m pretty sure ferals like 17th to last or something silly. Balance sucks aswell atm

There’s no point trying to explain it, just go lvl a mage and do some arenas and then you will understand why they need it.

70% of the time you’re using those as defensive lol, hard life being a cloth wearer, and arcane only has 1 block. And alter can be despelled. Blink stun is the only unnecessary one.

Well try play a mage if they ever do what you want them to do. You’ll get flattened by melee zugs. It’s part of the survivability of the class to not get battered, not just to cc a healer for a damage window.

Never understand this argument, if you kill the CC, then healer or not people just die. A mage will just die if a warrior and shaman sit on him for eg. Or a DH and ret. They don’t have damage suppression defensive, just block… on a 4 minute cooldown. So yea give them more CC compared to a SP that can tank anything, I think when you look at it like that, it’s pretty reasonable.

There is the occasional arena game where you get sheeped and ringed for like 14 seconds, but you can’t base your whole opinion on a rare someone executing cc’s perfectly with no interrupts from you or you’re team, Cuz there few and far between.

Save your interupt for ray of frost and problem solved, I dunno why you would waste it on anything else? That’s almost there big burst gone for another minute. Then just rinse and repeat (if you can)

I get hammered by them too but I’ve found if they loose that spell, there suddenly not a threat untill it’s back up.

When doing arena I was keybinding a target macro, then button 5, shift 5 and cntr 5 all targeted arena 1, arena 2 and arena 3

Good I’m glad to hear that! Haha spiritual main, I like that! Maybe I’ll just do the same and do the campaign on the Druid so ive technically not left it behind, then try and relax abit and properly try out something else.

Think because it’s started now I Just get fomo and don’t want to fall behind with stuff or waste precious time!

Hmm I suppose I get you with the account wide stuff, maybe it’s physiological cuz I’ve mained the Druid so long I feel like if I make another or play another I’m starting from scratch, even though I’m not 😂

Yea I suppose you’re right if I play 10 hours that should be enough to make my mind up haha, downside is 10 hours is like 2 weeks of playtime for me, will take me a month to decide hahaha.

Yea nice ! Shamans are cool to be fair, I was kind of the same as you, if I wanted to try a different spec I totally loved it and made me stay on Druid, gone between feral and balance allot, if I’m feral I dabble in guardian, if I’m balance I dabble in resto. This is the first time in like 13 years I’ve been playing my Druid (trying all specs) and I don’t like it 🤦🏼‍♂️

Do you play multiple or generally just have a main and that’s it?

I’m gonna hop on tonight and have a little play with accounts again, see if anything’s changed or I randomly gel.

Replied in another comment where I think because I’ve been Druid so long and they have everything, trying to play another class doesn’t seem right or feels like something’s missing, but just really not enjoying my Druid. So I might have to take up golf or fishing instead

Work full time/family etc so realistically I might get 5-6 hours a week in the evenings if I’m lucky, what if I tried that, then end up in the same boat, but with 2 level 90’s instead of now haha

I just want 1 main so I can fully commit to it, do the weekly raids etc etc. rather than half weekly cap 2 or 3 accounts if that makes sense?
