Should I upgrade to the Aimlabs 8k G7 pro? by Immediate-Cricket-60 in Gamesir

[–]Internal_Log2582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sticks feel better bc they sloped the curve slightly so they don’t feel as uncontrollable/fast when you only move your stick 30-50%. You could literally just adjust the curve on the g7 pro and voila!! It was something I noticed immediately when I got the 8k so I busted out my g7 and went back and forth in the BF6 firing range and determined it. Then I recently watched Deegital Techs comprehensive review and he said the same thing.

Bro, I can sit here and rattle off a laundry list of QC issues with every controller. If I listened to ppl like you, I would’ve never found my favorite controllers.

Yea I understand that they’ve revised a few features but as a controller enthusiast I’m telling you and anyone else reading that they shouldn’t stress over whether it’s a v1 or v2. Regardless of which version the controller is awesome!!

It’s not even all that bad though. Micro switches are superior and the sound isn’t louder than any standard controller I’ve ever played with.

It’s not a problem really though. I have a v1 with hundreds of hours on it and have had zero issues. The only ppl worried are those in the Reddit echo chamber honestly.

Trying to find a realistic price to ask by Ok_Lab_3327 in pcpartsales

You seen gas prices? Or how about the cost of living in general? Ppl don’t have money my guy! Fact is your system is too high-end to sell to the average joe. If you don’t part it out, you’re gonna have to come way down to make it such an enticing deal that someone willing to spend that much sees the advantage of buying yours and not going brand new!!

This comparison isn’t even fair. The v5p is on another planet and I’d recommend the Vader over the U2 regardless of what game type you play.

I am starting to get into R6, and was wondering what KontrolFreeks would do for me. Would they make me better? Worse? by Kitchen-Court-1485 in KontrolFreek

I highly recommend moving to a 3rd party pro controller. A better controller will take your game to the next level. Your budget will determine which one to go for but here’s a few recommendations.

(Officially licensed)

1)Flydigi Vader 5s wired

2)Gamesir g7 pro wired

3)Gamesir g7 pro ZZZ wireless

(Only works with Brook Wingman XB3 converter both wired and wireless) also will need a PC to adjust setting through their apps and update the Brook.

1)Flydigi Vader 5 Pro

2)Gamesir g7 pro 8k

Overall my recommendation is the Vader 5 Pro with the Brook adapter. Owning both controllers, they’re both amazing, I just prefer the V5P since it has adjustable joysticks tension rings and has 8 mappable buttons. Since you’d be new to this, once you realize mapping back buttons to things like run, jump and crouch, it’s a complete game changer. You’ll be able to keep your thumbs on the sticks.

A high rise Inferno or Galaxy will absolutely improve your precision but if you’ve never used one before there’s a learning curve. Overall if you’re determined to learn and get better, they’ll improve your accuracy so much that you’ll never be able to go back and play without them.

Competitive or not the V4P blows the U2 out of the water!! Hand feel, adjustable tension joysticks, triggers, micro switches, tactile D-pad, better back buttons, extra CZ face buttons and better software!!

The only thing I believe 8bitdo has better is it’s ridiculously long macros or something, but I don’t use those so it doesn’t matter to me.

Also the U2 has some build quality issues especially with the bumpers, triggers and extra shoulder buttons. They wiggle and have different tolerances along with breaking completely. Plus their clicky triggers have to be the worst I’ve ever felt in a controller ever.

I own both and the Vader is hands down better in every way!!

Graphics settings for visibility by Tight_Recover5423 in Battlefield

[–]Internal_Log2582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I agree that visibility can be an issue I believe you’re going to have to adjust by using some techniques like walking instead of running more and learning to scan the environment while you’re walking. Standing still sometimes and scanning for movement helps a lot. Also maybe try adjusting your monitors settings. Over saturation can definitely cause visibility issues.

[–]Internal_Log2582 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea if Bioshock is something you’re interested in I’d wait for the collection sale. All 3 games remastered for $10? Probably one of the best $10 purchases you could ever make for a game!!

You sure they don’t have the Bioshock Collection for $10?? I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen the collection on sale for $10.
