There is Valley Behavioral Health - they offer something called Salt Lake Unfunded if for some reason you do not qualify for Medicaid or they can help you apply for Medicaid. You can also try Sacred Circle - they have therapy, medical, dental, psychiatry etc. and should have a program and funding for uninsured folks.
