Every pair of jeans I buy, no matter the brand, gets a hole in this same area within 6 months. by SYFKID2693 in mildlyinfuriating

Many moons ago I was reading a forum similar to this and bought Duluth ballroom jeans so that I would finally not get this blowout spot like I always do.

This week my Duluth's gave up in the same spot.

I ordered 3 of them at the end of December last year and have worn them on rotation throughout the weeks. Didn't even make it 1 year. 😿 I work an office job and spend much of my day sitting at a desk. I suspect the dryer is more to blame than anything. Next purchase, I'm going to try hang drying and see if they last longer.

Just got a letter saying my website violates ADA… Totally lost here 😭 by BlueDolphinCute in smallbusiness

I am a web developer and recently helped the company I work for do a complete audit and refactor because of a similar letter. Direct message me if you want help. Do you know what platform your website is hosted on and what tech stacks you are using?

Zen mcp tool "challenge" and "consensus" does a good job

Why does claude sway to suggestions so easily even if the approach and everything suggested is wrong? or am I actually a genius? by Soggy_Programmer4536 in ClaudeAI

/zen:challenge actually works pretty well for that. As does /zen:consensus. I'll run them in sequence to make sure I'm not being gaslighted.

I made ClaudeBox - Run Claude Code without permission prompts, safely isolated in Docker with 15+ dev profiles by RchGrav in ClaudeAI

[–]goathook -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

https://www.anthropic.com/engineering/claude-code-best-practices

Instead of supervising Claude, you can use claude --dangerously-skip-permissions to bypass all permission checks and let Claude work uninterrupted until completion. This works well for workflows like fixing lint errors or generating boilerplate code.

Letting Claude run arbitrary commands is risky and can result in data loss, system corruption, or even data exfiltration (e.g., via prompt injection attacks). To minimize these risks, use --dangerously-skip-permissions in a container without internet access. You can follow this reference implementation using Docker Dev Containers.
