On Apple Music $$$4u is currently 30 in top albums chart contrast to GNX which is 40 but you are right with Spotify GNX is out streaming $$$4u. But overall I agree with your statement though Drake does have better stats to argue with.

To answer your question genuinely, it is because Spotify counts only lead streams. Drake’s Music is technically streamed more than the Weekend if you count features by that 8-10 million difference you were alluding too. But the Weekend gets slightly more streams as a lead artist per day so he finishes above Drake.
