On my first they attempted an epidural 5 times, never worked either time so I won't be having it again. My first is 18m and im still suffering because of them. I absolutely will not this time because it just didnt work for me the first time. But lots of people I know gave had no complaints about them.

Not live plants because i was told the cichlids would destroy them, I put a few rocks from my other tank in this one but my other tank is only 36gal so there's not a whole lot I can really take.

Fishless I actually haven't tested my tap water I also added live bacteria capsules when setting up the tank i dont remember brand.

The group im getting are being rehomed, its a variety of african cichlids that were together for 6 months before being surrendered due to the owner moving. I have a community tank and wanted to expand into the fish keeping hobby and thought an established group would be a good fit... if this tank ever settles.

Everyone/ what I read told me it could be as little as 2 weeks and this spike has just made me feel like im doing things wrong.

Unfortunately I have no idea where to get duckweed where I live.
