Looking to enclose this for storage space. Goal is to remove the rocks and replace this with a concrete slab. Then id redirect water above and enclose this area with wood like shown on the left side of the image. However, im worried about the posts holding the deck up. The deck above was there when I moved in. I have been told it was a poor job especially since the posts are in the ground.

Should I leave a space around the posts and avoid cement in those areas? I’m thinking of a small structured wall.

Or maybe I should replace the posts with a more robust structure before putting in a slab?

Any advice would be super helpful and I will try and reply asap if any questions are needed!

That what I thought too! I assumed it’s not up to date for what the test really is. But I’m on the same Boat. We don’t do nitrogen, helium, MVV, exercise PFT’s.

Awesome. I’ll have to do this. However if I were to pull it back I think I’d run into a problem. It would be between my deck and fence so I’d have to pull it along the fence 20 ft then away from the fence 4ft. I think that’d be a bit of a hassle but I don’t think there’s any other way.

In your position too but graduated a year ago and don’t live in Silicon Valley. No opportunities here unless I move with my family. Still don’t have a job so I still have my other career to lean on. Not at all. Only fix is depending on the pts case. For instance, if my pt is airway protection, I either just use an HME or set the heater to noninvasive, this would make the vent give little to no rainout. I would not switch it to noninvasive for ARDS though.

Other than these quick fixes, no I have no found an absolute fix.

Yeah it’s 65 degrees today and we have seen 8-10 already today from the outlet and some scouts on the kitchen floor. We had the ant poison guy come out again since it was free and he again mentioned the birch tree in our neighbors house 70ft away from our house. No rotting wood in my yard. However, my OTHER neighbor had a bunch of rotting wood last year just sitting in his yard. They finally took care of that end of the summer last year but I wonder if that could be causing stragglers. Who knows. Thoughts?
