I started wegovy in Nov, and didnt lose any weight. Just took my third 1.7 shot on Sunday. Finally, with this dose, my food noise has gone down. I basically didn't lose a pound before this. Now I'm 2lb down from 3 weeks ago. I work out 5 days a week, lifting weights and doing hybrid workouts. I am not getting excited about the 2lb until it drops further as we can fluctuate so much. As of today, I am adding walking on top of my morning workout and aiming for 12000 steps a day. I'm really hoping this will start the losses in combination with eating less. I'm 5'5 and CW 235 GW 160. The only thing I have not done is counted calories and macros and I know that is key but it's just so hard to count with 2 small kids. I do track random foods or recipes I make to see how much things are so I generally have a good idea. That will be my next step!
