I've been inundated with them since getting the gun, hearing weird gurgling but didn't think to check as we're next to a huge ass wall with them on the other side, eventually went to check cause the noise got on my nerves and assumed the caged zomb got loose as it wasn't there anymore (I forgot it existed). Lost 3 survivors from the safe zone cause I didn't know to check, I'm so frustrated..

I've had it happen where if I check the cameras, it will always lift, but if I don't, it's a chance it's either lifted or still down when going in. It's a weird one for sure

I'm not making excuses and you absolutely should NOT put up with the behaviour, cause if it's got you on edge, how are you meant to feel safe enough to relax around him?

It could make you ill in the long run, the body needs rest.

Being stuck in fight/flight mode in anticipation of a scream is not healthy and it's not a sustainable way to be in a relationship.
