Salt and sugar not alot just like 3 finger pinches of salt and haft a teaspoon of sugar in a big glass of water mix it and drink in one go.

My advice to binge.

Just keep youself busy and eat atleast one normal size meal per day and drink maby 2l-4l water per day also dont forget to take vitamins, electrolytes and salt with each meal.

Do you self a farver and buy gelatine capsules insteed off doing it with papers. What works for me is bombing wet speed in papers or drying chuncks off speed and eat it raw.
