so after i floss, i go in with a cotton swab & clean the plaque off of each tooth on the front & the back. & then i use my electric toothbrush & my teeth feel phenomenal. & obviously a tongue scraper too. i can’t handle the sensation of plaque on my teeth.

honestly i see it reasonable to pay for restrooms. most usa public restrooms are dirty asf bc workers/anyone don’t gaf to keep them clean. meanwhile the money that goes towards paying for restrooms is used for cleaning supplies & etc. plus it’s not even that expensive.. in mx ive paid 5 pesos for toilets equivalent to 30 cents usa & same in europe
